Meatless Monday – There’s An App(etizer) For That!

Today’s recipe comes from Chef Ursula of Divine Dining Florida.  With just six ingredients (most of which are kitchen staples) this hummus would make a perfect pre-dinner snack or a  great addition to any Meatless Monday meal.

Serve with fresh Naan bread, homemade pita chips, or your favorite fresh vegetables. Enjoy!

White Bean Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can white beans(half drained)
1 1/2 tbsp cumin ground
2 cloves garlic
Half a lime squeezed for juice
1 1/2 tbsp black sesame seeds
Salt to taste

Directions:
Place all in processor pulse and serve with chips or pita.
