To make this good for you snack at home follow Chef Ursula’s simple recipe below.
Peel leaves from center stalks and toss stalks in freezer to make stock later
Place leaves on parchment lined pan.
Spray leaves lightly with oil mist and then top with a lil of your choice:
Salt, Parmesan Powder, Red Pepper, Curry Powder, Mustard Powder, etc
Bake at 350 degrees until crisp about 8-10 min
